Mikal recently delivered a Key Note to about 100 High School students through YES (Young Enterprise Scheme). Captivating the students for an hour, he took them through the real key to success in business (and life), which essentially is the state of your mental Operating System. It was amazing to watch how Mikal brought a student on stage, who didn't believe he could break a wooden board, and through coaching him for less then a minute, had the student brake the board with his bare hands in front of all the students and teachers. A definite shift took place in that students Operating System, which will have an impact on how he does his YES business project this year.
